1. Cutting Tube

We use high-quality metal pipes as the main raw material to ensure that the basic structure of each luxurious bar chair is sturdy and durable.

2. Drilling Hole

Using high-precision CNC cutting equipment, the pipe materials are precisely cut according to the design drawings, ensuring that the size error of each section is kept within an extremely small range.

3. Blending Tube

Carry out secondary precision cutting and edge trimming on the pipe materials, removing burrs and excess edges and corners, to make the surface of the components smooth and flat.

4. Hand Welding

According to the structural design of the chair, precise holes are drilled at the designated positions of the pipe, facilitating the subsequent screw fixation and component assembly.

5. Polishing

The components are fully welded to ensure that each solder joint is firm and without any voids, thereby enhancing the overall strength of the frame.

6. Cleaning Impurity

Carry out a thorough polishing of the welded frame to remove the weld marks and rough surfaces.

7. Powder Coated

Using the environmentally friendly electrostatic powder spraying technology, a uniform protective coating is formed on the surface of the metal frame.

8. Wooden Grain

After powder coating, the frame undergoes high-temperature curing treatment, and the coating firmly adheres, resulting in a finished frame that is both aesthetically pleasing and protective.

Welding process: Don't believe in "spot welding", always choose "full welding"

The weld points of full welding will completely weld the pipe interface together, forming an integrated structure, with a strength more than three times higher than spot welding. You can observe the details of the weld points: good full welding weld points are smooth and flat, and after polishing, there are almost no traces left; poor spot welding weld points are rough and have sand holes, and they are prone to rust and breakage over time.

Sponge filling: Don't be fooled by the "soft" appearance. The elasticity is the key.

The chair with good quality uses high-density cold-bonded sponge. When pressed, it can quickly return to its original shape. When you sit on it, you will feel support. It won’t collapse even after sitting for a long time and will remain intact for 3-5 years of normal use.
